Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: 

We will gladly accept returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. Returned items must be  clean, unworn clothing items with original tags, and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We can only accept exchanges if item is available. 

Return requests MUST be initiated within 10 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back within 10 days of submission to qualify. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time. 

*All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sales and non-refundable. 

Shipping and handling charges on non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

Once your return is approved, please allow 7-10 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your store credit. You will receive an email to confirm when your return has been processed. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct mailing address is entered when the order is placed. Any package that has a tracking status of "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded. Once refunded, you may re-submit a new order.
